Danantara Housing Expo 2026 Showcases More Than 100,000 Housing Units, with Mortgage Rates Starting at 2.75%

Jakarta, 21 August 2026 – Danantara Indonesia is offering a range of accessible home financing options at Danantara Housing Expo 2026, which will take place from 27 to 30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK. The public will have access to financing schemes with interest rates starting at 2.75%, down payments starting at 1%, and repayment tenors of up to 30 years for a wide selection of housing units suited to different needs and financial circumstances.

The exhibition will showcase more than 100,000 housing units across Indonesia from over 100 developers. The available properties range from landed houses to apartments, catering to both low-income households (MBR) and non-MBR segments.

Exclusively at Danantara Housing Expo 2026, Indonesians will have the opportunity to purchase homes with highly affordable down payments and monthly instalments through financing schemes offered by Himbara and BSI.

Danantara Housing Expo 2026 forms part of the support provided by Danantara Indonesia and the state-owned enterprise ecosystem for the Three Million Homes Programme, one of the Government's priority programmes aimed at expanding access to adequate and affordable housing.

Managing Director of Stakeholder Management at BPI Danantara, Rohan Hafas, said that housing provision requires collaboration that aligns housing supply and access to financing with the public's actual needs. Danantara Housing Expo was therefore designed to foster collaboration among state-owned and private developers, Himbara, BSI, and participants from supporting industries.

"Through Danantara Housing Expo 2026, we want to bring people closer to their dream homes by offering a diverse selection of properties, accessible and affordable financing, and comprehensive property information, all in one place. This is a tangible example of collaboration across the state-owned enterprise ecosystem in support of the Three Million Homes Programme, enabling more people to experience its benefits," Rohan said.

Senior Director and Sector Specialist for Property & Real Estate at Danantara Asset Management, Dian Takdir Badrsyah, explained that access to comprehensive information is an important factor in helping people choose a home. A home purchase decision should take into account not only price, but also location, construction quality, accessibility, neighbourhood facilities, project status, and long-term repayment capacity.

"People need a platform where they can compare housing options more comprehensively and understand the financial implications from the outset. At Danantara Housing Expo 2026, visitors can speak directly with developers and banks, learn more about the projects that interest them, and calculate the most suitable financing arrangements. We want to help people make decisions based on clear information and careful consideration," Dian said.

Danantara Housing Expo 2026 has also been designed as an informative and entertaining family event. Throughout the four-day exhibition, visitors will be able to enjoy performances by several Indonesian music acts, including Project Pop and Juicy Luicy. A variety of prizes will also be available to eligible visitors, subject to the applicable programme terms and conditions, ranging from travel tickets and precious metals to cars, apartments, and houses.

Information on participating projects is available at DanantaraHousingExpo.id. The platform provides details on project locations, unit specifications, price ranges, as well as an online facility through which prospective buyers can submit an expression of interest.

Through Danantara Housing Expo 2026, Danantara Indonesia aims to leverage the strengths of the state-owned enterprise ecosystem to address public needs in a more integrated manner. Collaboration across the property, banking, construction, energy, transportation, and supporting industries is expected not only to broaden opportunities for home ownership, but also to generate multiplier effects across the economy and support job creation.
