Regarding the first financial report of Danantara Indonesia, we would like to convey the following:
As a sui generis entity established under Law Number 1 of 2025, as amended by Law Number 16 of 2025 and its implementing regulations, the financial reporting and governance mechanisms of Danantara Indonesia are conducted in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
Danantara Indonesia remains committed to the principles of transparency, accountability, and financial disclosure in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
Danantara Indonesia is currently undertaking the consolidation process and finalization of audited financial statements of SOE entities within the scope of Danantara Indonesia’s management, including the adjustment and harmonization of financial reporting in line with applicable regulations.
Danantara Indonesia’s annual financial statements will continue to undergo an audit process, in accordance with the mandate of prevailing laws and regulations.
