In relation to Danantara Indonesia’s first financial report, please be informed as follows:

1. As a sui generis entity established directly under Law Number 1 of 2025, the reporting requirements of Danantara Indonesia refer to Law Number 1 of 2025, as amended by Law Number 16 of 2025, along with its implementing regulations.

2. As a sui generis entity, Danantara Indonesia remains committed to submitting its annual financial report to the state auditor, namely the Audit Board of Indonesia (Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan - BPK).
