Corporate Governance
Whistleblowing System (WBS)

To strengthen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance principles, Danantara Indonesia has established a Whistleblowing System (WBS). The Danantara Whistleblowing System provides a channel for stakeholders to report alleged violations occurring within Danantara Indonesia and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
As part of our commitment to providing the highest level of protection for whistleblowers and ensuring ease in submitting and monitoring reports, the Danantara WBS is managed professionally and adheres to the principles of anonymity, protection, independence, and accessibility. All reports are received by an independent consultant who will review the information and, where necessary, request further details from the whistleblower before submitting the report to Danantara Indonesia. Danantara Indonesia will then follow up on the report in accordance with applicable regulations.
