Supporting the 3 Million Homes Program, Danantara Housing Expo 2026 Expands Access to Homeownership for Indonesians

Jakarta, 29 July 2026 — Danantara Indonesia is strengthening collaboration across the national housing ecosystem in support of the Government's 3 Million Homes Program, one of the priority initiatives under the Asta Cita agenda to expand public access to decent and affordable housing. This commitment will be realized through the Danantara Housing Expo 2026, which will take place on 27–30 August 2026 at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK.
Danantara Housing Expo integrates housing options with a range of financing solutions tailored to different financial needs and capabilities. Available programs include down payments starting from 1%, interest rates starting from 2.75%, financing tenors of up to 30 years, and step-up installment schemes, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
The event brings together State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) property developers, members of the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara), private developers, and supporting industry players within a single integrated ecosystem. Through this collaboration, prospective homebuyers will be able to access housing options directly, obtain project information, consult with developers, and explore various financing alternatives. The expo will feature more than 200,000 housing units from Himbara developer partners, including both SOE and private developers, covering housing options for low-income households (MBR) as well as non-MBR segments across Indonesia.
Through Danantara Housing Expo, Danantara Indonesia aims to foster a more integrated housing ecosystem by bringing together developers, financing providers, and supporting industries on a single platform. This collaboration is expected to expand access to decent and affordable housing while supporting the growth of the housing sector, which generates significant economic spillover effects across a wide range of related industries.
A More Integrated Housing Ecosystem
Danantara Housing Expo is designed as a one-stop housing ecosystem that brings together housing options, financing services, and direct consultations with developers in one place. Visitors can explore a wide range of residential projects, obtain information on specifications, locations, pricing, and project status, conduct financing simulations, and reserve units in accordance with the terms and conditions of each project.
Prospective buyers may also consult directly with developers to obtain information regarding unit specifications, location, pricing, construction progress, and project legal status. All transaction and financing processes remain subject to agreements between the relevant parties, financing bank policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
In addition to the housing exhibition and financing services, Danantara Housing Expo will feature a home living area showcasing inspiration and solutions for residential needs. Information about participating housing projects is available through DanantaraHousingExpo.id, which provides project information, locations, unit specifications, price ranges, and an online expression of interest facility for prospective buyers.
