Legal Basis for the Establishment, Duties, and Authority of BPI Danantara
BPI Danantara is tasked with managing State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), with the following authorities:
01.
Manage dividends from Investment Holding, Operational Holding, and BUMN in accordance with the shareholding held
02.
Approve the increase and/or decrease of capital participation in BUMN sourced from dividend management
03.
Establish Investment Holding and Operational Holding entities
04.
Approve proposals for asset write-offs and/or debt write-offs of BUMN assets proposed by the Investment Holding or Operational Holding
05.
Provide loans, receive loans, and pledge assets with the President's approval
06.
Act as guarantor for the Investment Holding with the approval of the Board of Supervisors
07.
Ratify and consult with the relevant DPR RI (House of Representatives) body overseeing BUMN regarding the work plans and budgets of the Investment Holding and Operational Holding companies
08.
Establish strategic guidelines/policies in the fields of accounting and finance; development and investment; operations and procurement of goods and/or services; information technology; human resources; risk management and internal oversight; law and compliance; social and environmental responsibility programs; and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs
