Danantara Housing Expo 2026 Kicks Off, Showcasing SOE Collaboration in Support of the Three Million Homes Program

Tangerang, 27 August 2026 – Danantara Indonesia officially opened the Danantara Housing Expo (DHE) 2026 at NICE PIK 2, Tangerang, Banten. Taking place from 27 to 30 August 2026, the exhibition reflects Danantara Indonesia's commitment, together with the broader State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) ecosystem, to support the Government's Three Million Homes Program through the provision of accessible housing options and financing solutions for the public.

Danantara Housing Expo 2026 features more than 360,000 property units offered by over 130 SOE and private developers. From the SOE ecosystem alone, 12 developers are showcasing more than 16,000 units across 98 projects in 23 provinces, with a total inventory value of IDR 9.79 trillion.

The opening of Danantara Housing Expo 2026 was attended by Coordinating Minister for Human Development and Cultural Affairs, Pratikno; Coordinating Minister for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections, Yusril Ihza Mahendra; Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), Maruarar Sirait; and Governor of Banten, Andra Soni, alongside representatives from Danantara Indonesia, property industry players, the banking sector, and strategic partners supporting the development of Indonesia's national housing ecosystem.

In his remarks, Chief Executive Officer of Danantara Indonesia, Rosan Roeslani, reaffirmed Danantara Indonesia's commitment, together with the broader SOE ecosystem, to support the Government's Three Million Homes Program through Danantara Housing Expo 2026.

"Danantara Housing Expo 2026 reflects the tangible commitment of Danantara Indonesia and the entire SOE ecosystem in supporting the Government's Three Million Homes Program. Through Danantara Housing Expo, we aim to deliver three key elements at once: quality housing supply at affordable prices, competitive and accessible financing schemes, and easier access for the public, particularly middle- and lower-income segments, to realize their dream of homeownership," said Rosan.

On the same occasion, Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), Maruarar Sirait, stated that Danantara Housing Expo 2026 serves as a collaborative platform that brings together key stakeholders across the housing ecosystem.

"We see Danantara Housing Expo not only as a venue for offering homes, but also as a platform that brings together homebuyers, developers, banks, and various industry players within a single housing ecosystem. Through a wide range of housing options and financing alternatives, we hope people can more easily achieve homeownership according to their needs and financial capabilities," said Maruarar.

Unlike a conventional property exhibition, Danantara Housing Expo 2026 brings together an integrated housing ecosystem in a single location. Visitors can access housing options, financing solutions, insurance protection, and construction innovations through one platform, making the home search and homeownership journey more accessible and comprehensive.

The exhibition offers a diverse range of housing products, ranging from subsidized homes and family residences to apartments and premium developments. Visitors can also explore a variety of construction and housing technology innovations, including earthquake-resistant homes, precision interlocking brick technology, solar energy solutions, and other initiatives designed to improve housing quality.

In addition to the wide selection of housing options, Danantara Housing Expo 2026 features innovative financing solutions from State-Owned Banks Associations (Himbara), including down payments starting from 1%, mortgage rates starting from 2,75% per annum, and financing tenors of up to 30 years for selected programs and products. Visitors can consult directly with participating financial institutions and submit financing applications on-site.

Danantara Housing Expo 2026 also features a mass mortgage signing (KPR) program involving 200 prospective homeowners, Himbara, and participating developers. Most of the housing units financed through the program are priced at an average of approximately Rp 166 million, supported by financing schemes offering a fixed interest rate of 5% until maturity.

To further enhance the visitor experience, the exhibition also offers a range of prizes and giveaways, including houses, apartments, electric vehicles, gold bullion, and travel vouchers provided by SOE partners.
