Danantara Housing Expo 2026 Successfully Records Project Value of IDR 2 Trillion

Tangerang, August 31, 2026 – Danantara Housing Expo (DHE) 2026 drew strong public enthusiasm throughout its four-day run from August 27–30, 2026, at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE) PIK 2. The housing exhibition attracted around 10,000 visitors per day and recorded a total project value of IDR 2 trillion, reflecting strong public demand for access to more integrated housing and financing solutions.

Danantara Indonesia Chief Operating Officer Dony Oskaria said the high number of visitors reflects strong public demand for a wider range of housing options that match various needs and financial capabilities. By bringing together property developers and financing institutions in a single venue, DHE 2026 made it easier for visitors to compare housing alternatives and financing solutions.

"Danantara Housing Expo attracted around 10,000 visitors each day. This enthusiasm reflects strong public interest and demand for an ecosystem that provides various housing options and payment promotions in one location, namely DHE 2026. Through DHE 2026, the public was able to compare a wide range of housing options and financing solutions more easily," said Dony.

Over the course of the four-day exhibition, DHE 2026 connected more than 130 state-owned and private property developers with prospective homebuyers. Visitors were able to explore more than 360,000 housing units, ranging from subsidized homes and landed houses to apartments and premium residences, while also consulting directly with banks and financing partners on homeownership schemes.

DHE 2026 also served as a platform for the public to access information supporting the homeownership journey, including financing options, insurance protection, construction technologies, and sustainable housing solutions. The participation of various stakeholders across the housing value chain reflected the collaborative approach promoted by DHE 2026 to expand access to housing.

In addition to offering a diverse selection of housing products and financing solutions, DHE 2026 featured a range of supporting programs, including a mass mortgage signing ceremony involving 200 prospective homeowners in collaboration with Himbara member banks and several developers. The exhibition also hosted homeownership education sessions, appreciation programs and door prizes, food and beverage tenants, as well as performances by prominent Indonesian musicians that attracted visitors throughout the event.

As part of efforts to expand access to homeownership, DHE 2026 introduced a variety of financing schemes, enabling visitors to identify solutions that best matched their needs. Throughout the exhibition, DHE 2026 successfully recorded a project value of IDR 2 trillion.

According to Dony, these results demonstrate how collaboration among developers, financial institutions, and other stakeholders can broaden public access to housing while supporting the Government's Three Million Homes Program.

"These achievements reflect strong public enthusiasm for DHE and show that collaboration among developers, banks, and various stakeholders can expand public access to housing. Going forward, we hope DHE can be held on a larger scale and involve an even broader ecosystem to support the Three Million Homes Program," he added.

Meanwhile, Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP), Maruarar Sirait, commended DHE 2026 for strengthening collaboration between the government, Danantara Indonesia, the banking sector, and the housing industry in support of the Three Million Homes Program.

"Danantara Housing Expo has made a tangible contribution to supporting the Three Million Homes Program through collaboration across a comprehensive ecosystem that reaches various segments of society. We also appreciate the organization of this event, which was managed professionally and with quality. If the inaugural edition has already delivered very strong results, we are optimistic that, going forward, DHE can grow even bigger and deliver broader benefits for the public," said Maruarar.

According to Maruarar, the success of DHE 2026 highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration in expanding access to affordable and decent housing.

In line with this, Danantara Indonesia plans to further develop DHE by involving a broader ecosystem of partners. In addition to housing products and financing solutions, future editions are expected to evolve into a one-stop housing expo, bringing together a wider range of home-related products and services in a single location.
