Jakarta, 2 July 2026 – Danantara Indonesia today announced that all State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) within the Danantara Indonesia ecosystem have completed their Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2025*. In line with the submission of these financial statements, Danantara Indonesia also highlighted several performance achievements throughout 2025, reflecting the resilience, transformation, and contributions of SOEs across strategic sectors to the national economy.
The following highlights represent selected examples of SOE performance demonstrating positive growth during the period from April 2025 to April 2026. This selection is not intended to be an exhaustive list, but rather to highlight several SOEs that have shown notable performance improvements since becoming part of the Danantara Indonesia management ecosystem. Beyond the entities presented, there are many other SOEs that have also recorded positive performance developments and continue to contribute to Danantara Indonesia's ongoing transformation agenda.

In addition to recording improved SOE performance, Danantara Indonesia has also begun realizing its investment mandate through a number of strategic investments, funded in part by SOE dividends received in 2025. A portion of these dividends has been allocated to projects with strategic national value, expected to generate long-term economic benefits.
Key strategic investments include the development of Indonesia's Hajj and Umrah ecosystem in Makkah, aimed at improving service quality for Indonesian pilgrims while strengthening Indonesia's position in the global Hajj ecosystem, as well as Waste-to-Energy (WTE) projects that support sustainable waste management, enhance energy resilience, and accelerate the transition toward a green economy. All such investments are implemented with a strong emphasis on good governance, investment discipline, prudent risk management, and a focus on long-term value creation for the state and society.
Meanwhile, Danantara Indonesia's Consolidated Financial Statements for 2025 are still in the process of completion in accordance with the applicable audit stages and will be published upon the completion of the full audit process, in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations.
